Prof. Adina Flint
Communication Studies
Professor Adina Flint is a San Diego native who has dedicated her career to both education and ministry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication and a Master’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Education. Before entering the college classroom, she served in full-time vocational ministry for more than seven years, where she led teams, mentored young adults, and developed programs focused on faith, leadership, and communication.
Her ministry experience deeply shaped her approach to teaching, emphasizing that effective communication is not only about speaking clearly but also about listening well, leading with integrity, and staying grounded in purpose. She now brings this philosophy into the classroom, helping students connect theory to real-life application. Whether teaching leadership, personal development, or communication, Professor Flint’s passion is to see students grow in confidence, clarity, and character.
