Mrs. Ebey Sorenson

Ebey Sorenson is a parent of three young boys and has been home-schooling since 2018. She was homeschooled in Junior High, and fell in love with self-directed education and the freedom and flexibility.

Ebey holds a Bachelor's of History and earned a Master's of Education and a Multiple-Subjects Teaching Credential (Elementary) along with an Elementary Mathematics Teaching Certificate from UCSD.

Before becoming a full-time homemaker, Ebey worked with children as a camp counselor, Art Instructor, swim instructor, student teacher, and Autism Behavioral Intervention Specialist.

The Sorensons have seen the fruit of intentional family discipleship and have been blown away with how much God has taught them through homeschooling their children.

Ebey loves art, baking cookies, reading historical fiction, going to the beach, and playing board games. Her boys love read-alouds, baking, legos, swimming, science experiments, and playing sports.
