Dr. Haney has over 20 years of experience teaching adults in variety of settings, including 10 years of experience as a seminary professor. He holds a Ph.D. in theology with a major concentration in Old Testament. His particular areas of expertise are inductive Bible study, preaching, Genesis, Psalms, the Minor Prophets, and trauma theory. He holds a Master’s of Divinity from Azusa Pacific University and a BA in Arts with a special focus in fine arts and studio arts from UC San Diego. Dr. Haney serves as the Associate Pastor at Beach Chapel in Encinitas, CA.
