ENROLLMENT PROCESS
1. APPLICATION
To attend The Academy, each family will go through an application process (below) to ensure that this academic partnership is a good fit for both the family and The Academy.
2. REGISTRATION & CLASS SELECTION
Once accepted to The Academy, families will receive a welcome email with a link to become a member of The Academy ($50 annual fee), and to register for classes. Each class is $150 per semester (some classes additional supply fees may apply). Once you have registered, families will be given their own Parent Portal where they can manage classes, make payments, add planned absences, review any correspondence from The Academy, and more.
Classes are first come, first served. Once a class has been filled, there may be an opportunity to be added to a wait list. Additionally, class sizes are restricted to a maximum of 15 students and must have a minimum of seven to run. If a class does not make due to low enrollment, you will be invited to apply for another class instead.
3. BILLING
Billing takes place at the beginning of the semester. You will be given the option to pay the entire amount up front, or to use our payment plan option*.
Payment plans are broken up into three equal installments*. The registration fee of $50, any classroom supply fees, and a third of your tuition will be due upon registering for classes. The remaining two tuition installments will be due September 1st, and October 1st, 2022.
*Please note, there are no payment plans available for the "Early Learners" program.
Classes are not pro-rated. If you join a class after the start date, you will be billed for the full amount of the class (payment plans are still available). There are no refunds after the first week of classes.
