CORE BLOCK: History, Math, Science, English 7th-12th = $350 per child History, geography, literature, English, mathematics, science, reading, & art Curriculum Website: https://face.net/curriculum The Principle Approach is a method of consistent and ordered teaching and learning that produces Christian character and self-government, Christian scholarship and Biblical reasoning for lifelong learning and discipleship. In similar fashion to CVCU’s college model, The Principle Approach uses a notebook method to establish a consistent tool and standard of Christian scholarship. The learners are producers as they build their own daily record of a subject, taking ownership of the learning process. The notebook method embraces the four steps of learning: research, reason, relate and record. It aids in the Biblical purposes of education by “enlightening the understanding, correcting the temper, and forming the habits of youth that fit him for usefulness in his future station.” The notebook method is the product of the student’s creativity and a permanent record of his productivity. It assists parents and teachers in overseeing progress and visually demonstrates the character development, diligence, and responsibility of the student. Students actively participate in learning through the Four Rs: 1. Researching the subject, word, or study 2. Reasoning through identifying the leading idea and basic principles 3. Relating it to other areas of study and the world around them 4. Recording ideas using writing skills and the student’s own ideas, conclusions, and creativity

CORE BLOCK: Science & History K-6th = $250 per child My Father's World Christian homeschool curriculum combines the best of Charlotte Mason ideology, Hebraic classical education, and unit studies with a biblical worldview and a global focus. MFW is a God-centric curriculum mirroring the Greco-Roman classical approach of grammar, logic, and rhetoric and offering a learning experience which unites and engages the entire family, including curriculum packages that can be taught to children at several different grade levels all at the same time. This model focuses on uniting—rather than dividing—family learning time. Read-aloud books are followed by parent/teacher-led discussion, narration, and other activities designed for retention. MFW’s proprietary Book Basket™ teaches children to "feast" on great literature each day for 15-20 minutes with "living" books that include over 300 pre-screened titles that parents can trust. My Father's World is dedicated to raising up generations of families who see the world through God's eyes and live according to that knowledge, bringing together a Biblical foundation and academic excellence for the homeschool journey.
