Elise Boggs Morales is a Tedx speaker, leadership professor, consultant, and coach working with thousands of leaders in various industries for the past 15 years.

 

She has worked with organizations such as the U.S. Navy Seals, Fed-Ex, Adobe, the American Red Cross and SAP.  She earned her Masters in Organizational Leadership and Development and holds certifications in Core Strengths, Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry.

 

Elise lives with her husband Hector in Carlsbad, CA with their golden retriever, Gracie.
